Unless otherwise specified, First Clinical Research offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not completely satisfied, pay us what you want to pay us or ask for a refund. This guarantee is subject to your timely prior payments and timely notification of dissatisfaction. There are some exceptions, such as out-of-pocket travel and other third-party costs, so feel free to ask for clarification on specific services.
